Delete your Chatpata Express account

For an emailed request we may call or write to you to confirm the request is yours, and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later as a new customer.

• your account and sign-in: name, email, mobile number and password;
• your saved delivery addresses and map pins;
• your chats with the kitchen and support;
• your phone’s notification address.

• Order records (dishes, amounts, dates) for as long as tax and accounting law requires — no longer linked to your account.
• The consent record — the date, time and IP address at which you accepted our terms; it is legal proof that consent was given.
• Backups made before the deletion are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
