Delivery Policy

We cook in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and deliver nearby — currently about 8 km around our kitchen. Chaat is not sent by courier. In the app, pick or type your address and it tells you before you order whether we reach you. If an order comes in from an address we cannot serve, we call you and cancel it; you pay nothing for it.

Every order is cooked when our kitchen accepts it and leaves as soon as it is ready. Delivery times are estimates — traffic, weather and busy hours can add a little time, and we will not promise a minute we do not control.

We take orders while the kitchen is open. When it is closed, the app and the website say so.

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum order.

You pay the rider in cash or by UPI when your food arrives.

Every step, from the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered, shows in My Orders — in the app it updates live, and you can message the kitchen from the order.

For app orders our rider asks for the 4-digit delivery code shown on your order — share it only when your food is in your hands. Please check your order when it arrives; if anything is missing or not right, tell the rider or message us straight away — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Chaat does not wait well. Please keep your phone with you and give an accurate address and map pin; if we cannot reach you at the address, the order may not be deliverable.

If your order is running late, message us in the order's chat, on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 70078 70993 with your order number and we will tell you where it is.
