You pay the rider in cash or by UPI when your food arrives.

Yes, free of charge while your order is still waiting for the kitchen — open My Orders and tap Cancel. After that it is already being cooked; call or message us.

Tell us within 2 hours of delivery in the order's chat or by phone, with a photo if you can. We will replace it, credit your next order or refund it.

Please write it in the note for the kitchen and call us before ordering. Our kitchen uses milk and curd, wheat (puri and papdi), gram flour (sev and besan), nuts, sesame, tamarind, chilli and spices, so we cannot promise any dish is free of an allergen.
